Danos are exclusively engaged with a start up digital assets platform having previously placed the Global Head of Compliance into their role. They are a really exciting business having expanded from being a family run trading and investment firm to a leading global digital assets platform.

This role as Senior Compliance Officer will directly support the Global Head of Compliance with the development of the global compliance programme. It is quite varied, also supporting regional MLRO's with regulatory applications.

Responsibilities:

* Decipher crypto regulations and provide guidance across different jurisdictions (Bermuda, Abu Dhabi, UK and MiCA)

* Keeping abreast of the ever evolving crypto regulatory landscape

* Conducting gap analysis across the compliance and AML programme

* Working closely with product teams and collaborating with and influencing wider stakeholders

* Policy writing and migration to global policies

* Contributing to the development of a strong compliance culture

They are looking for strong experience in crypto, but also someone who can take the initiative and be adaptable and resilient in a start up environment.

Salary is competitive + bonus + equity
