Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory change implementation within the Compliance Team.
• Assist with the maintenance of Data Protection Framework.
• Review and approve financial promotions and client communications.
• Prepare due diligence questionnaires and participate in meetings.
• Deliver training to the business.

Skills

Knowledge of AIFMD

Experience with US SEC regulatory filings
