Job Description Senior Compliance Coordinator

Location: London (Central)

Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 WFH

Contract: 6-month FTC (with view to extend or go permanent)

Salary: £45K FTE

A leading recruitment business is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Coordinator to take the lead and oversee a small team of compliance assistants. You will join their London office on an initial 6-month contract. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the compliance team and work output, with a focus on driving process improvements and stabilising the function following a recent restructure. This role suits a confident and collaborative compliance professional with a passion for process improvement and team development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Manage a small team of compliance professionals
  • Act as point of escalation for all compliance matters
  • Lead monthly management information reporting and audit processes
  • Monitor legislative updates in compliance processes and implement required changes
  • Oversee systems such as CRM, onboarding platforms, and contract tools
  • Support training delivery in partnership with L&D

  • Proven experience leading compliance in a highly regulated services environment
