Housing Asset Compliance Coordinator
£18.00-£20.00 per hour (Umbrella), 3 months initial contract, hybrid working with an office based in Luton.
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Asset Manager and the main departments within the housing team. Responsibilities include multi-tasking across teams involved with Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, Electrical, and Lift mechanical administrative tasks.
The post also requires self-organized administrative support, prioritizing managerial needs, for all relevant functions. Additionally, administrative duties for the Temporary Accommodation business, such as coordinating electrical and gas surveys on behalf of letting agencies, may be involved.
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of building compliance services, supporting the Housing Asset Management team's objectives, compliance standards, statutory obligations, and performance targets, including financial and customer satisfaction metrics.
