Qualifications

Join us as a Compliance Officer at Equans!

Are you an organized professional with a keen interest in compliance and administrative excellence? Equans is recruiting a Compliance Officer to join our Sustainable FM team, based in Southwark, London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to contract administration, statutory, and PPM compliance, while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Management: Maintain comprehensive audit files for each contract, ensuring all documentation (contracts, amendments, compliance records) is up-to-date.
  2. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and manage Hard FM maintenance records, ensuring compliance documentation is monitored and processed efficiently.
  3. Audit Participation: Take part in internal and external compliance audits, preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
  4. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and clients to respond to inquiries and support compliance in administrative processes.
  5. Corrective Actions: Track and report corrective actions, ensuring issues are effectively closed out and resolved.
  6. Administration & Support: Provide general administrative support, including placing orders, updating the CAFM system (Maximo), and generating reports for management.
  7. Maximo Superuser: Oversee compliance aspects within the Maximo CAFM system, providing training and support to the team.
  8. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company health & safety policies and procedures, maintaining safety standards across all activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in compliance administration, ideally within Hard FM or a similar sector.
  • Experience with CAFM systems, particularly Maximo.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to produce and present clear, accurate reports.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices.
  • Experience with the Edifice system.
  • Familiarity with internal and external compliance audits.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
