Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a compliance professional to advise on regulatory matters across private markets, helping embeds compliance into decision-making and guiding business teams through evolving regulatory requirements.

You will work with investment and business teams across EMEA, translating complex rules into actionable guidance and supporting a culture of accountability and compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of compliance experience within financial services.
• Knowledge of UK and European regulatory frameworks relevant to asset management.
• Understanding of AIFMD, MiFID II and related regulations.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to provide clear, outcome-focused compliance advice.
