Position: Compliance Recruiter - London Market Insurance (HFG Insurance Recruitment) & Trustee of the Insurance Museum

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst for a specialty insurer.

You will be the second member of the compliance team, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance. You will receive mentorship, take ownership of specific projects, and support the Head of Compliance in various tasks.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Providing expertise on UK compliance and data protection issues
• Responding proactively to regulatory changes
• Supporting compliance with SMCR, IDD, Product Governance, Consumer Duty, GDPR, Data Protection, and Conduct Risk
• Carrying out sanctions screening and due diligence
• Supporting committee inputs, including the Delegated Authority Committee
• Supporting the complaints management process

Requirements for consideration:

• Minimum 2 years of compliance experience within an insurance organization
