Senior Compliance Analyst

What does a successful Senior Compliance Analyst do at Fiserv?

The Card Scheme Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for Payment Systems (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, UPI, Amex) compliance from a platform perspective. The primary responsibility will be for the FirstVision EMEA processing platform. Delivery management of Scheme mandatory changes and analysing production anomalies to Scheme requirements. The FirstVision EMEA platform provides acquiring and issuing services based on the VisionPlus technology.

What you will do:

• Detect changes from schemes and regulatory bodies, assess impact, and coordinate solution implementation.
• Work with project teams for client migrations onto Fiserv platforms.
• Be the key Scheme Compliance contact for the FirstVision EMEA platform.
• Research, analyse scheme/regulatory publications, and write business requirements for platform change.
• Provide Payment Systems consultancy and ensure activities are completed within deadlines.
• Support new client migrations and projects for additional payment functionalities.

What you will need to have:

• Extensive industry knowledge for solution delivery, including message formats, rules, and regulations.
• Knowledge of Payment Systems and industry structures like UK Payment Association and PCI.
• Familiarity with scheme fees, charges, Interchange, and transaction assessments.
• Knowledge of Fiserv platforms like FirstVision, MAS, Base24 is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
