Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Coordinator to plan and roster care staff for complex care clients. You will ensure shifts are covered and maintain strong relationships with carers, nurses, and clients.

Based on the outskirts of Whitstable, the role is office-based with occasional travel in Kent. You will work Mon-Fri with on-call duties, and enjoy benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension contributions, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills over the phone and in writing.
• Problem solving and quick thinking.
• Coordination experience in complex care or domiciliary care.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and roster care staff into shifts for complex care clients.
• Organise rotas a month in advance.
• Build relationships with staff, nurses, clients and families.
• Obtain staff availability and coordinate with on-call staff.
• Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
