Job summary

Superior Healthcare urgently seeks complex care assistants in Chatham to cover day shifts and join our team. You will work with one client per shift, on a fixed rota with overtime options, and opportunities for full- or part-time hours.

Responsibilities include personal care, complex care tasks, and moving/handling support. A driving licence and 24 hours per week are expected, with comprehensive training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Full UK right to work.
• Automatic transmission drivers only.

Responsibilities

• To support clients with personal care and administer medication.
• Provide complex care interventions such as PEG and JEJ feeding.
• Support clients with moving and handling.
