Job summary

Continuity of Care Services is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support complex care delivery across Kent from our Maidstone base. You will supervise Complex Care Assistants, oversee onboarding and training, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for clients.

Working a 40-hour week with a mix of office duties, community visits and clinical shifts, you will be on-call as part of a shared rota and there is a clear pathway to Deputy Manager for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience of supporting individuals with disabilities and complex health needs including tracheostomies, ventilators, gastrostomy tubes and bowel management care.
• Attend mandatory fully funded training.
• Full UK driving licence and your own car is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Care Manager to setup care packages and introduce new staff to our clients.
• Maintain familiarity with the complex needs of each of our clients to ensure continuity and consistency as per their care plan.
• Supervise, shadow, manage competency assessments, conduct observations, and mentor our care assistants.
• Work with the care coordinator to maintain shift cover within the care package team.
• Perform clinical duties of personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and light household duties.
• Participate in the on-call rota, shared with the wider team.
