Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking an experienced Complex Care Manager to lead high-quality, person-centred services across the West Midlands. This full-time role includes overseeing care planning, safeguarding, governance and incident management to ensure outstanding outcomes.

You will manage teams across the region, drive service development, and build strong relationships with families, health professionals and commissioners. A Level 5 Leadership Diploma and DBS are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in health & social care.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and incident management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with families, professionals and commissioners.
• Ability to lead meetings, make decisions and ensure service delivery.
• Willingness to travel across services and maintain governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Recruit, induct, supervise and appraise staff with workforce planning and rota management.
• Provide coaching for professional development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and within contractual requirements.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments and outcome monitoring.
