Job summary

Bucks Fire is seeking an ambitious Community Safety Partnership Manager to shape the next stage of its Prevention function. The role focuses on leading a team, developing influential partnerships and turning relationships into meaningful prevention activity to protect vulnerable communities.

You will oversee Community Safety Coordinators, work with health and adult social care partners, and use data to identify trends, priorities and improve referral pathways across Buckinghamshire and Milton

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of coordinators.
• Ability to develop and strengthen partnerships with health and social care partners.
• Ability to identify opportunities for partners to support prevention activity.
• Experience using community risk and prevention data to inform priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Community Safety Coordinators, providing supervision, coaching and performance management.
• Develop partnerships with healthcare and adult social care partners to support community safety outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for partners to support prevention activity and improve referral pathways.
• Use community risk, fire and prevention data to identify trends and inform priorities.
• Develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate targeted community safety initiatives.
• Coordinate the Service's response to hoarding and self-neglect with multi-agency interventions.
• Support strategic prevention projects and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness and value of Prevention activity and partnerships.
