Responsibilities

Lead operational safety, compliance and service improvement programmes from inception to delivery.
Provide expert advice on health, safety legislation and industry best practice.
Embed safety, environmental and regulatory considerations into service planning and projects.
Develop policies and improvement plans aligned to priorities.
Monitor compliance performance and drive corrective actions.
Establish governance, reporting on compliance, risks and milestones.
Produce dashboards and presentations for senior management.
Lead investigations into incidents and implement preventative measures.
Undertake audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote safe practices and risk management.
Analyse complex data to identify trends and improve safety outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
