Job summary

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a Caseload Holder to join the South East IDT team delivering urgent and planned care in the community on a permanent basis. The role involves managing a caseload with a skilled team to provide timely, evidence-based care outside hospital settings.

The post requires RN registration with the NMC and current community nursing experience. We value proactive, flexible practice and ongoing CPD to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• RN registration with NMC and current community nursing experience.
• Specialist practice district nursing qualification or portfolio of relevant experience.
• Prescribing qualification (V100/V150 or V300) or willingness to work towards.
