urbanbubble Ltd. seeks a Senior Community Host to lead a team, ensure an outstanding resident experience, and act as the face of Box Makers Yard. You’ll handle enquiries, bookings, and move‑ins, while maintaining safety standards and supporting the team across onboarding and performance reviews.

This permanent role offers a full‑time schedule, with coverage Monday to Sunday, and a focus on delivering vibrant, well‑managed living environments for residents and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management systems.
• Relevant qualifications such as ARLA, First Aid or H&S are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the community at Box Makers Yard and deliver a professional, welcoming resident experience.
• Support onboarding, training, and supervision of Community Hosts.
• Handle enquiries, viewings, applications, and marketing activity.
• Manage move‑in/move‑out processes and renewals with efficiency and care.
• Coordinate contractors, building operations, and resident events.
