Job summary

Proud to Care Devon in Northam is seeking a senior care worker to support our care team and clients. You will supervise community care workers, participate in client assessments, and help write care plans to ensure high-quality care.

You will join a flexible, team-oriented roster with on-call duties once a month and weekend rosters. Driving licence is required to enable travel between client visits and supported living settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support our community care workers.
• Carry out client assessments occasionally.

• Participate in on-call managers rota (1 week per month).
• Be organised and competent with admin tasks.
• Deliver personal and domestic support as part of the team.

To work as part of our team as a senior care worker offering support to both our care workers & clients.

Job role includes:

• To be able to supervise and support our community care workers.

• To be part of our on call managers team 1 per month.

• To work as part of our care team delivering personal & Domestic support to our clients.
