Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker to assist an adult with complex care needs in their Wickford home. The role features two-person care, flexible zero-hours shifts, and a supportive team environment.

You will help promote independence, support rehabilitation, and enable an active lifestyle for the client. Full training and DBS checks are provided; driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and compassionate by nature.
• Excellent communication, including lip-reading.
• Confident working as part of a two-person care team.
• Driving licence (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based support to a adult with complex care needs.
• Promote independence and assist rehabilitation.
• Work with a consistent care team to follow care plans.
• Assist with daily activities and monitor health conditions.
