Tilbury Douglas Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on major projects in the Thames Valley region. You will own financial reporting, risk management and final accounts, working with clients and subcontractors to maximise performance.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing financial and contractual aspects of live projects.
• Knowledge of measurement, valuation, and standard forms of contract.
• Proven track record in cost/value reporting and final accounts.
• Experience procuring and managing major subcontract packages.
• Ability to mentor and develop commercial staff.
• Strong IT skills and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day commercial management, reporting, forecasting and risk.
• Manage subcontract procurement, contracts, payments and performance.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications, cost claims and final accounts.
• Work with teams and clients on contractual matters and value engineering.
• Mentor and develop the commercial team.
