Thames Water in Reading is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of QSs. You will ensure value for money and contractual compliance across a portfolio spanning £25k to £200M, with a base in Reading and hybrid working. The role requires strong contractual know-how and team leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will hold a Quantity Surveying degree, drive efficiency, manage budgets, and guide delivery teams through complex contracts within a utilities context.

Formación

• Experience in commercially managing a portfolio of projects.
• Experience in managing a QS team.
• Knowledge of water regulation (OFWAT Price Review).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Commercial Assurance for major projects and programmes contracts.
• Offer contractual guidance to delivery teams.
• Manage and develop the QS team.
• Challenge and agree project tenders and ensure timely payments.
