Job summary

Trident International Associates is seeking a Commercial Property Manager for a South-West London portfolio. You will work closely with the Asset Manager and take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with occupiers and suppliers, overseeing maintenance, administering leases, preparing service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
• Building strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and suppliers.
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
• Monitoring expenditure and vacant property business rates.
• Managing lease administration and supporting tenant fit-outs.
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
• Maintaining accurate property and compliance records.
