Job summary

Trident International is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to take ownership of asset performance across a diverse portfolio of industrial estates, retail centres and offices. You will shape asset strategy, manage lease events, oversee refurbishment projects and drive value through informed decision-making.

The role requires hands-on experience in strategic asset management, strong building knowledge, and the ability to negotiate terms with tenants and agents while coordinating with accounts

Qualifications

• 10+ years' comparable commercial property or asset management experience.
• Proven hands-on, client-side strategic asset management experience, with a strong understanding of buildings, construction and maintenance solutions.
• Experience managing lease events, overseeing refurbishment and driving asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise performance and value creation.
• Lease & Tenant Management: Manage lease events, rent reviews, renewals, break clauses and expiries, negotiate terms.
• Leasing & Vacancies: Instruct letting agents, oversee vacancies and minimise void costs.
• Income & Financial Management: Monitor rental statements, service charges, arrears and reconciliations.
• Insurance Management: Manage renewals, terms and claims, recover premiums from tenants.
