Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Process & Tools Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes and tools. The role focuses on aligning processes with digital systems, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance across the commercial lifecycle.

You will oversee data governance, collaborate with IS for digital enablement, and champion training and adoption of new tools across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/commercial function.
• Experience designing and implementing commercial processes and systems.
• Master data governance across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined area of the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape.
• Synchronise end-to-end process and systems for the commercial lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption and provide relevant training within scope.
• Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with IS to enable digital commercial systems.
