Job summary

AWE in Reading is seeking a Head of Commercial Performance, Insights, Process & Tools to define the strategic direction for data analytics, reporting, systems, and tools across the Commercial Function. You will lead the development of a data-driven, digitally enabled organisation and provide senior leaders with actionable insights and decision-support.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within a Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, PMO, Data & Analytics or similar function.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across data, reporting and process functions.
• Proven track record transforming data, reporting and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish, measure and report commercial performance against strategic objectives.
• Leverage data analytics and market intelligence for actionable insights.
• Own the data strategy, governance, quality and compliance.
• Manage and report commercial benefits and value for money.
• Oversee end-to-end commercial processes: S2C, CLM, P2P.
• Lead the systems strategy and digital transformation agenda.
