Job summary

Atomic Weapons Establishment in Reading is seeking a Senior Commercial Process & Tools Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools and their digital integration. You will align process landscapes with policy and regulatory requirements and drive data quality and governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement / Commercial function.
• Experience in process design and implementation.
• Experience developing systems requirements and/or implementing new systems or delivering systems improvement initiatives.
• Experience of master data management within large or complex organisations.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
• Process mapping and process controls expertise.
• A natural analytical thinker with ability to align business priorities to commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own an area of the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape.
• Ensure end-to-end process and systems are defined and joined up across the lifecycle.
• Drive Commercial user adoption and provide training within the scope.
• Govern master data across systems and ensure data management policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IS to digitally enable commercial processes and ensure fit-for-purpose systems.
