Job summary

ECG Facilities Services, established in 1994, is a leading M&E maintenance provider with nationwide operations and a strong focus on water hygiene and managed services. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Engineer in Manchester. The role requires general DIY abilities, 5+ years in plumbing/HVAC/maintenance, and experience with unvented hot water systems, drainage, and related plant. You will join a mobile team in a client-focused, flexible environment with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing systems including unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.
• 5+ years’ experience in similar Plumbing/HVAC/Maintenance Engineer role.
• Experience in Facilities Maintenance background in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• General DIY abilities.
• Maintain on-site log books, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are up to date.
