Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Engineer to join our mobile team. The role involves on-site maintenance across the UK, with emphasis on plumbing plants and HVAC systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, a plumbing apprenticeship, and a client-focused approach. The position is based on-site with a 40-hour week in a growing national facilities maintenance business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ plumbing/HVAC/maintenance experience.
• Experience with unvented hot water heaters and plumbing systems.
• Background in facilities maintenance environments.

• Maintain on-site log books, permits and site paperwork.

General DIY abilities

Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.

To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.

The Commercial plumbing Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Our client is looking for candidate who has knowledge of Plumbing systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.

Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.

Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.

Qualifications

Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement (NVQ 2/3).
