Job summary

Siemens Mobility UKI is hiring for Commercial Managers to support major rail and infrastructure projects across the UK. Hybrid working with a minimum of three days in the office is required, across regions including Manchester.

You will drive commercial delivery, cost forecasting, change control and strategic risk management while collaborating with engineering, project management and external clients. This role offers broad exposure to landmark transport schemes and career development within

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor in a contractor-side project environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience developing commercial strategies and managing risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for project and work package change control and management.
• Present periodic project commercial performance to stakeholders.
• Provide commercial interface for responsible work package manager.
• Support Project Managers and Engineering with contractual and commercial matters.
• Manage work package cost forecasting, budgeting and control.
• Monitor and mitigate work package risks and support reporting.
