Job summary

Siemens Mobility is recruiting a Commercial Manager to oversee project and work package commercial delivery across rail infrastructure projects in the UK. The role requires hybrid working with three days in the office and travel to customer sites as needed.

You will manage change control, cost forecasting, and provide contracts support to Project Managers and Engineering teams, ensuring auditable records and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail, engineering, defence, construction, IT or similar project-based industry.
• Experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Membership in professional bodies such as RICS or CICES encouraged.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and work package change control and costs.
• Present project commercial performance to stakeholders.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to PMs and engineering teams.
• Maintain auditable records and risk management for work packages.
