Qualifications

• Senior Commercial Manager experience in procurement and contracts.
• Public sector procurement experience is essential.
• Experience with tendering, cost control and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement strategies across projects.
• Oversee tender events, subcontractor capacity and due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and contractual frameworks.
• Provide accurate commercial reporting and contract administration.
• Lead payment processes, change control and cashflow management.
