Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role on a major nuclear infrastructure programme across Suffolk, London, Bristol and Manchester, with hybrid working. The role oversees high-value contracts up to £200m and requires strong governance, cost control and commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management of major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts; FIDIC experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing high-value supply chain contracts.
• Expertise in change management, payments and final accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial management across high-value contracts.
• Manage post-award and execution phases.
• Support commercial decision-making with project managers and controls.
• Manage NEC/FIDIC contracts, including changes, payments and claims.
• Support the management of supply chain packages >£10m.
• Oversee Early Warning process and governance deadlines.
• Support resolution of contractual claims and disputes.
• Manage budget reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and Integrated Management System compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Controls, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and capture commercial lessons learned.
• Support ESG requirements across the programme.
