Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.
• Broad knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, Cost, and Commercial Management.
• Experience with standard forms of contract, including NEC.
• Highly developed commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and administration for large projects.
• Support development of electronic contract management systems.
• Perform monthly commercial reporting.
• Update risk registers and review programmes.
