Rullion is recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager to join the Supply Chain team on a nuclear new build project in the UK. You will take commercial responsibility for major contracts, overseeing procurement, award, delivery and close-out, while managing supplier relationships and governance.

• Proven experience managing and administering complex contracts within major construction, engineering, infrastructure, power or nuclear projects.
• Strong commercial and contract management experience across the full contract lifecycle, including procurement, negotiation, contract administration and close-out.
• Excellent understanding of NEC and FIDIC forms of contract and UK contract law.

• Support the procurement process from initial briefing through ITT/RFQ packages and tender evaluations.
• Lead and negotiate commercial aspects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and governance.
