Job summary

Mactech Engineering & Inspection, on the Sizewell C project, is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial aspects of one or more SZC contracts. You will manage commercial teams, support procurement in the pre-award phase, and lead post-award contract administration to ensure value and governance.

With experience in NEC/FIDIC contracts and strong financial judgement, you will coordinate with stakeholders across Nuclear New Build to deliver contract objectives, performance, and close-out.

Qualifications

• Educated to relevant degree level.
• Track record of administering successful contracts.
• Solid knowledge of contract management best practices.
• Experience with NEC and FIDIC forms.
• Strong financial judgement and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Commercial Assistants under their control.
• Support procurement during the pre-award phase.
• Provide commercial management during the execution phase.
• Deliver contract final account close-out.
• Ensure governance and alignment with SZC objectives.
• Develop and deliver commercial strategies.
