Our client is looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to join their team in Avonmouth. You’ll take the reins of complex contracts, lead a high-performing commercial team, and provide expert advice across major infrastructure and construction projects.

• Lead and manage a commercial team to deliver project success across financial and operational KPIs.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure robust commercial governance from bid to project completion.
• Draft and develop commercial documentation in collaboration with legal teams.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with contract obligations and financial agreements.
• Provide expert support on procurement, contract law, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop internal teams in commercial best practices.

What You’ll Bring:
