Origin Legal in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor from 1+ PQE up to Associate Partner level to join a growing disputes team. You will manage your own caseload, advise on litigation and dispute resolution, and work with seasoned lawyers on complex matters.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, exposure to high-quality disputes, and a clear progression path within an ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ PQE, up to Associate Partner level.
• Experience handling commercial disputes and client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dispute resolution team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your own caseload of commercial disputes.
• Advise clients on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Work alongside experienced lawyers on larger and more complex cases.
• Gain exposure to negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted adviser.
• Play an active role in the ongoing growth and development of the team.
