QC Legal in Manchester is seeking a qualified solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join our Commercial Litigation team. You will advise on commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder issues, and professional negligence claims, building strong client relationships and handling a broad caseload under supervision.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE and strong litigation background.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes and disputes resolution.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and professional negligence claims.
• Manage own caseload under supervision whilst supporting senior lawyers on complex matters.
• Build strong client relationships with SME and owner-managed clients and contribute to business development.
