This exciting opportunity is for an individual with significant expertise, as the role will serve as Head of Commercial Litigation. The position is suited for professionals with over eight years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or those already operating at the Partner level.

The Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor's Role

As Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will lead and manage a diverse caseload involving complex commercial disputes. You will collaborate closely with team members and clients to provide expert legal advice and representation across various sectors. The successful candidate will also mentor junior solicitors and ensure the firm's high standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include managing high-value commercial litigation, overseeing dispute resolution processes, and developing case strategies across industries. You will play a key role in fostering client relationships and contributing to the success of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years PQE or existing Partner level within a leading commercial litigation practice.
• Extensive litigation experience handling complex disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder issues, and professional negligence.
• Proven ability to manage high-value litigation cases from start to finish.
• Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
• Strong academic and professional training background.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to develop business through client relationships.
