An excellent multi-office firm with offices across Essex is looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their strong team at their Head Office. Typical matters in their Civil Litigation team include property litigation, probate litigation, commercial litigation, and debt recovery, making this an ideal role for a Senior Solicitor who enjoys managing a diverse and high-quality caseload.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution and litigation matters, including property litigation, probate litigation, commercial litigation, and debt recovery.
2. Support junior staff in their development and case management with excellent supervision.
3. Attend client meetings, court hearings, and conferences.
4. Communicate directly with clients to take instructions and ensure understanding to meet client expectations.

Skills and Experience:

1. UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE (other levels considered on a case-by-case basis).
2. Experience managing various litigation matters, including property and commercial disputes.
3. Ability to lead cases and supervise junior staff when needed.
4. Enthusiastic personality with a focus on personal development.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and colleagues.
