COWI is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to provide leadership across projects, bids and portfolios in a UK/Global setting. You will shape pre-contract strategy, review contracts, negotiate terms and drive risk management from opportunity through to close-out.

You will advise bid teams on risk allocation, craft procurement strategies and lead negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring commercial goals align with project delivery.

Formación

• Extensive pre-contract experience, including procurement, contract review and risk identification.
• Experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts and familiarity with FIDIC forms.
• Ability to advise bids and projects on risk allocation and commercial strategy.
• Post-contract management, including changes, notices and disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-contract and bid commercial inputs, review terms, pricing and procurement strategies.
• Assess contracts for liabilities and risks; advise on risk allocation and strategy.
• Draft and negotiate consultancy agreements and framework terms with clients and partners.
• Lead or support contract negotiations and manage post-contract commercial activity.
• Establish contract mobilisation controls and ensure understanding of obligations and dates.
• Advise project teams with governance, commercial capabilities and accountability.
