ES Recruit is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Commercial Lead to oversee multiple projects in Bolton. You will manage NEC contracts, subcontractor agreements, variations, and final accounts, while monitoring cash flow and project financial performance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week with a hybrid arrangement (Fridays from home). The role offers a salary of £70k–£75k depending on experience, plus a benefits package including 25

Formación

• Experience with NEC contracts and strong contractual understanding.
• Senior level quantity surveying experience with management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of project finances, CVR, and commercial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop the Commercial team across multiple projects.
• Oversee NEC contracts, subcontractor agreements, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, WIP, CVR and monthly commercial reporting to achieve targets.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage payment applications and negotiate with subcontractors while improving procedures.
