NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Commercial Manager in a hybrid role based in Basingstoke to guide our commercial team from tender through completion. You will identify commercial risks and opportunities and ensure frameworks perform at their best, while managing contract performance across projects.

Qualifications

Significant experience in managing the commercial performance of projects.
Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts.
Proven leadership experience directing a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and associated tools.

Responsibilities

Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
Lead and develop the Commercial Team for timely, high-quality delivery.
Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
Oversee supply chain contracts and agreements.
Provide accurate cash flow forecasts and monitor financial performance.
Run monthly project reviews and align with financial plans.
