You will collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Projects and Finance to craft robust commercial strategies, secure favourable terms and maximise cash, margin and risk control.

This office-based role requires site visits to suppliers or clients as needed and governance and reporting to ensure successful tender handover and final account close-out.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial commercial management or senior quantity surveying experience.
• Experience reviewing and administering customer contracts across pre-contract and delivery stages.
• Strong understanding of cashflow, working capital and WIP, with experience of milestones and payment schedules.
• Experience of providing commercial input to estimates, pricing, bids or tender submissions.

Aufgaben

• Provide commercial leadership across the full contract lifecycle, including bids and tenders, contract negotiation, mobilisation, delivery, change management and close-out.
• Review customer terms and conditions and identify contractual risks and opportunities, including liabilities, indemnities, warranties and payment terms.
• Lead or support customer negotiations to secure the best achievable commercial position for the business.
• Coordinate the business and approval process for tenders and contracts, ensuring clear information on value, margin, cash, risk and terms.
