Job summary

Founders Law seeks a UK-qualified commercial lawyer to join our Commercial team as a Senior Associate or Principal Associate. 4-8+ years PQE and a commercial-first transactional skill set are required, with experience in technology and SaaS arrangements and basic data privacy knowledge.

You will lead client relationships with fast-growing businesses, manage multiple projects, and have the opportunity to oversee at least one direct report in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified commercial lawyer with 4-8+ years PQE.
• Experience advising on technology and SaaS arrangements.
• Basic to intermediate data privacy knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on high-stakes commercial transactions and client engagements.
• Negotiate and draft customer, product, and supplier agreements.
• Mentor and manage at least one junior lawyer or associate.
• Build and maintain relationships with fast-growing tech clients.
