W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is partnering with a leading international SaaS business to appoint a commercially focused UK Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer to take ownership of commercial matters, lead strategic negotiations and work closely with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced technology business.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with UK eligibility to practise.
• 5+ years of relevant commercial legal experience.
• In-house experience in technology/SaaS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary lawyer for UK and US commercial matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS, customer, vendor and partnership agreements.
• Lead legal support on strategic commercial deals.
• Provide practical advice on contractual, commercial and compliance risks.
• Cross-functional collaboration across jurisdictions and time zones.
• Support resolution of commercial disputes through negotiation or mediation.
