Job summary

Marsh Commercial Worcester is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to service a dedicated book of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, quotes and queries in a hybrid role requiring at least four days in the office.

You will act as the frontline for client advisory questions, build relationships with key decision makers, work with insurers and claims teams, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an Account Handler / Client Advisor within General Insurance.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and deliver to service standards.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with literacy, numeracy and administration capability.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Serve your own dedicated book of clients, including renewals, invoicing, collections, new quotes, mid-term adjustments and daily queries.
• Identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities through upselling/cross-selling and proactive portfolio development.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client decision makers and stay aligned to their changing needs.
• Develop strong relationships with insurers and support clients and/or claims teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
