Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Bristol is seeking a Client Advisor for a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office at least four days a week. You will service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, quotes and inquiries as part of the Enterprise Centre of Excellence.

You may come from personal lines or commercial insurance, or a customer service/administration background, with induction and opportunities to pursue chartered insurance qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills evidenced by education or experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Manage renewals, invoicing, quotes and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with insurer partners through regular contact.
• Attend to client queries and ensure service standards are met.
