Job summary

Howden seeks a Senior Account Handler to join its Commercial team in Milton Keynes. You will manage new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and provide expert advice to corporate clients.

Based in Milton Keynes three days a week, you will work within a large collaborative team, liaising with the Client Director/Account Executive, and using Acturis to maintain precise records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of General Insurance classes and GDPR/Code of Ethics.
• Minimum 5 years commercial insurance experience.
• Acturis knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving client retention targets with excellent service.
• Coordinate renewal strategies with Client Director/Account Executive.
• Obtain renewal terms and present to clients as needed.
• Issue renewal documentation and ensure premium collection in line with procedures.
• Handle client queries professionally and maintain accurate records in Acturis.
