Job summary

PIB Insurance Brokers, part of PIB Group, is seeking a Senior Account Handler in Glasgow to deliver expert guidance and exceptional service while building lasting client partnerships. You will manage day-to-day broking tasks, handle client queries, renewals, adjustments and surveys, and work closely with Account Executives and the Branch Manager to grow branch income and retain clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge of core commercial/corporate insurance classes and FCA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication with clients and insurers, strong commercial awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Handle day-to-day broking tasks: client queries, new business, renewals, adjustments and insurer surveys.
• Support Account Executives and Branch Manager in growing branch income and managing high-value portfolios.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and service quality.
