Job summary

Hamilton Robertson, now part of the JMG Group, is seeking a Claims Handler to support its Commercial and fleet claims function. The role involves handling end-to-end processes from initial notification through settlement, validating policy coverage, and liaising with insurers and partners to secure favourable outcomes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a high level of customer service, while ensuring all activity complies with FCA

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end Commercial & Fleet claims.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to validate policy coverage and determine liability.

Responsibilities

• Administer all classes of Commercial & fleet claims from notification to settlement.
• Take first notification from clients and log claims.
• Validate coverage and liaise with insurers and partners.
• Create new claim files on the system and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
• Provide exemplary customer service and handle queries professionally.
